Tiny Pets currently ships only within Lebanon. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

Once your order is processed, it will be handed over to our delivery partner.

Estimated delivery time is 3–4 business days from the date of shipment.

Shipping Fees & Payment Method

Shipping fees are collected via Cash on Delivery (COD).

Customers must pay the full order amount (including shipping fees) directly to the courier at the time of delivery.

Delivery Issues
Tiny Pets is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Please ensure all details are accurate before completing your purchase.
Failed Delivery
If a customer refuses the order upon delivery without valid reason, Tiny Pets reserves the right to refuse future Cash on Delivery orders from that customer.
